WARRANTY

Duke's Equipment Service, inc.  provides a limited warranty on labor.

Duke's Equipment Service, inc. does not provide a warranty on the equipment which will only be warranted by the equipment manufacturer and for the time specified by them.

MISCELLANEOUS

All parties agree and consent to the personal jurisdiction in the state of Texas for any arbitration or legal action.  If court action occurs, the non-prevailing party shall be liable to pay the prevailing party's attorney's fees and costs.
